SYNTRAN® PA1465 is a multi-purpose grafted wax emulsion for floor polishes, water-based lacquers, printing inks and overprint varnishes.
When evaluating SYNTRAN® PA1465 in a specific floor polish system, care should be taken to ensure that the proper plasticizer level is used to guarantee optimum film formation.
Also important is the evaluation of polish stability. In certain cases, small amounts of stabilizers such as highly ethoxylated non-ionic surfactants (30-40 moles EO) are needed to provide oven stability at 52°C.
